BayaFleet does its best to ensure the accuracy of its marketing materials sent out. Should there be any discrepancies or inaccuracies, changes will be made at our sole discretion and BayaFleet is not liable to honour any of the discrepancies in prices, discounts, promotions or rates.

8. Your Rights to Access and Correct Your Personal Data

You have the right to request for access to, request for a copy of and request to update or correct, your personal data held by us by editing your profile through your account in the Site. We do not store any credit card information nor purchase data. Though BayaFleet undertakes the necessary steps to safeguard your personal information, BayaFleet cannot fully eliminate all security risks and is not liable for any losses that may result from any and all unauthorised use of your credit card by any other third party.

Please be informed that this PDPA Statement applies solely to BayaFleet’s group websites and all products under BayaPay Sdn Bhd and does not apply to any third party websites you may access from our websites. Platform license & updates

BayaFleet Payments Management Platform is a software platform that allows customers to manage their drivers, vehicles, payments, transactions, locations, payment limits and controls and all aspects of payments related to their fleet of vehicles.

Any updates, design, reports and templates will also be considered as part of the software. This software is a non-transferable internal use of licence under the copyright to use, display, execute and perform for the sole purpose of managing fleet-related payments produced by BayaFleet.
